CONCEPT NAMING, LOGO, CORPORATE IDENTITY | STUDIO M³

Studio M3 is an architecture studio in Berlin.

The Challenge:

An architect duo focuses on urbanism and becomes self-employed with the range of services in all nine service phases. What should the studio be called? It should be concise and timeless. They want to remain sender, confident and timeless, connected to their work.

My approach:

The first and last names of the founders contain the letter M three times. It stands to reason that the number 3 and the letter M must be central. The name is Studio M³. I have taken this even further, as every piece of architecture is always lived in a new way and viewed differently. I have therefore given the word mark a dynamic character and highlighted the nine performance phases in architecture and filled them with promises. I also animated the thematic focus. There are therefore two readings of the brand: the thematic brand focus (the what) and the brand promise (the how). Creativity – the heart of the studio – always remains the same: M³ (the why).
