about

hi, i'm anja.

portrait

for a long time i was good at my job. agencies, brands, consulting — i knew how to make things work. what i didn't notice was how far i'd drifted from myself in the process.

it didn't fall apart dramatically. it just quietly stopped feeling true.

yoga had been there for years — but at some point it stopped being something i did and became something i needed. a way back to my own pace. slowly i found my footing, and with it, a question i couldn't ignore: what if i could hold that kind of space for someone else?

so i trained. as a yoga teacher, then as a systemic coach. and kept consulting, too — on my own terms this time.

today i work with people and teams who sense that something needs to move, even if they can't name it yet. presence over performance, questions over advice, and a lot of genuine care.

i don't believe in quick fixes. i believe in sitting with the question long enough that the right one rises to the surface.

why work with me

i'm deeply curious.

i see patterns, and listen to what isn't said. i feel what others don't feel — and hold space for it to unfold, even when that means asking the harder question.

values

honesty.

kind, direct, and unafraid of the awkward middle.

curiosity.

the right question is worth more than a clever answer.

creativity.

the right tool is rarely the obvious one. i bring what's needed, even if it's unexpected.

care.

nothing moves until you feel steady enough to meet it.
